The government must #FixTheCMS - ask your MP to support

The Child Maintenance Service is failing the people who need it. Our latest research shows that those families who don't receive the maintenance they're entitled to face specific financial challenges. In fact, the majority (52%) are struggling to pay essential bills. 

This means that children are going without.

The government has promised to create a plan to reduce child poverty but they can’t tackle child poverty without fixing the CMS. 

Email your MP asking them to speak up and support by using parliamentary mechanisms like tabling questions, speaking in debates and writing a letter to the Minister.
